Cancellation Policy
We apply the following cancellation conditions:
Up to the agreed start date of the rental period as stated in the booking, the customer may cancel the booking by submitting a written statement to the landlord. The date on which the cancellation statement is received by the landlord is decisive in this regard.
The following fixed cancellation fees apply:
- 10% of the rental price from the time of contract conclusion, with a minimum of €35, will always be charged as an administration fee.

Customers are advised to take out travel insurance.

How can I pay for my booking?
You will receive an email titled “Your booking has been approved,” which includes an invoice that allows you to pay quickly and easily.
You can pay via SEPA bank transfer. Be sure to use the exact reference provided.
If you need to make a down payment and a remaining payment, please note that the reference code will differ for each transaction.
